At River Church Limerick, outreach and missions are part of our identity. We seek to bless our community and the nations with compassion and hope.

Homelessness has many causes, and we take the call to love and serve seriously. Our heart for outreach is rooted in Scripture and the call to love and serve others (see Matthew 25:35-36)

Every person has dignity and value, and God’s love reaches all, including those experiencing homelessness. Our street outreach meets people where they are, shows God’s love, and offers hope and healing.

From local service to global missions, every believer at River Church plays a role in God’s redemptive work.

Get Involved

Meal Distribution

Every week, volunteers prepare and distribute meals to people experiencing homelessness or hardship. We serve with dignity and respect, treating each person as someone Jesus loves.

Care Packages

We distribute care packages with essentials such as blankets, socks, toiletries, and hygiene items. In addition to connecting people with local support services, we communicate a message of God’s love and hope.

Health & Wellness

We connect people with health services, mental health support, and addiction recovery resources. We believe in addressing the root causes of homelessness.

Relationship & Prayer

We listen to people’s stories, pray with them, and share the Gospel. For many, being seen and heard is a vital first step toward hope and connection. We believe that relationships are the foundation for transformation.

Volunteer

Help prepare and distribute meals, distribute care packages, or simply spend time with people experiencing homelessness.

Partner

Partner with us by providing essential items such as food, clothing, blankets, toiletries, and other necessities. Your support directly helps people in need.

Awareness

Use your voice to help those without one. Shine a light on homelessness and support practical solutions to through community collaboration.

Prayer is powerful. Pray for the homeless, for our volunteers, and for transformation in our city.
